They don't return calls, you can't get thru to them, and then you're always a low priority (they have too much stuff to do). They are advertising that they can do customised music on hold - and they can't - it's in their brochure. The second problem you will have is if you want anything outside of what everyone else wants - there is no customisation possible. The technical side of the service is quite good tho. I would recommend not using VPBX but installing your own gateway/server which you can control, own and customise - and use MNF for trunks.
